If you need to cancel an order before it ships, we totally understand. Just a heads-up: cancellations are subject to a 3% fee, which helps cover the non-refundable payment processing costs from the initial transaction. The refunded amount will reflect this adjustment.

Shipping & Pre-Order Policy
Orders typically ship within 48 hours of payment. For Pre-Order and Back-Order items, please see item description for shipping times.
Alright, trainers, here’s the deal with Pre-Orders (and Back-Orders) at the hideout ---
When you place a Pre-Order, everything else in your cart will ship alongside it. So, if your Pre-Order item isn’t set to drop for a month, you’ll be waiting a month for the whole shebang. Want your other goodies ASAP? No problem—just place them in a separate order and check out separately. Please note, we can’t partially fulfill or cancel orders.
A heads-up on payments: Pre-Order and Back-Order purchases are charged to your card or PayPal right when you check out. Need to cancel before shipment? We get it, but there’s a 3% cancellation fee to cover the payment processing costs from the initial transaction. The refunded amount will reflect this adjustment.
